1C IoT helps you monitor water tanks, temperature and humidity sensors connected to the 1C IoT platform.

Sign-in and property access

Use Sign in with Apple on iOS or Sign in with Google on Android to request an account. Your administrator must approve it and assign your properties. The native replacement does not use passwords from the previous ThingsBoard service. If you see Awaiting approval or no properties, contact your installer or administrator.

Readings and notifications

Pull down to refresh. Check the sensor's reporting time if a value is stale. Graph gaps indicate missing reports. Open Settings > Notifications to allow notifications and choose your sensor preferences. Alerts require fresh readings and an enabled rule configured by your administrator.

Privacy and deletion

Read our privacy notice. Account deletion is available in the app's Settings > Account > Delete account, or contact support if you cannot sign in.
